An Idea for Lights

I was thinking of wiring LED lights that would come on for only a few seconds, dazzle and awaken cagers, and then turn off. I figured the easiest way to turn them on would be to run them to the horn button, as it is right there under my thumb, and sounding the horn would not really be out of place in a situation like that.
My problem is that I don't know what would be needed (some kind of flasher unit) and what kind of wiring would be involved. I would want the horn to sound for only a beep... not several seconds.

Anybody want to field this one?

This sounds right. Can you send me the name on ebay?

Also, do you think my idea of using the horn button would work?
