Where does this wire go?

Found this wire. It is Black/Yellow. Cannot find anything to plug into. Need help.

that wire goes to either the frame ground, or its the unused accessory ground. If its the frame ground there should be a wire going from battery to frame and another wire going from frame to bullet connector.

That wire goes to the frame ground beside the battery, the other end w/bullet connector is in the main harness near the battery ground. That part of the harness goes over toward the possitive side of the battery.

The two top fuses should be 10amp not 30amp.

I love the mentality of it blows the 10 amp fuse lets put in a 40 amp. We see it all the time at the shop I work at.
