The long a waited "Repairable" Junction Box

Not sure where to post this... So i figured start here then the forum Mods can move it as they see fit.

I am in production stages for the Repairable Junction Box. This junction box uses your old junction box and incorporates replaceable automotive relays.

If any one is interested just PM me for more info.

I'm a bit confused. What are you calling the junction box? I always thought that meant the fuse box. Jerry.

My understanding is that the fuse box is only part of the JB. It also contains relays for the headlight and some others. Ma Kawi considers it to be non-repairable. Mike has been working on creating a repairable/rebuildable JB for the vn750 since before his deployment to the sandbox. Many times the only thing wrong with the JB is one relay is dead. It will be much less expensive to replace a relay than the C note or more, that the stealership wants for a new JB.

yes the JB is the fuse box... and OlHoss hit it right on the head when he said that the realys fail a lot, along with the diodes... I have been scheaming a Junction box that incorperates Relays along with the fuses... My Junction Box will house replaceable relays that can be picked up at any parts store...even the dreaded Wally-World has them in stock... If in the event you have a relay failure after my mod has been done to your JB, all you have to do is pull out the suspect relay and replace with a new one... cost 2-10 US Dollars depending upon where you get the relay. Where as the OEM JB you have two options for Relay failure... Buy a new one from the stealer ship @ roughly 100 bucks, ebay they go from $0.99 to $230.00... no one offers any warranty on them.. I offer a one year warranty on defects due to my fault... this warranty does not cover relay failure... it does however cover Diode Failure.
