When I pull off the start buton and the engine stop.

I have a VN 92 and it's wiring system was in bad condition, so I bought an used one but in good condition.
Then installed it, all the conections works well, (turn signal, break rear and front, hazzard lights, etc,) but when I start the engine, it works still I pull off the start button. My head will explode

I had something like this happen to me when we replaced the pick-up coils during a stator change.
Turns out we corrected it by flipping the plug for the pick-up coils. Trace the pick-up coil wires from the stator cover try switching where they connect. Since you did work on the wiring harness these may have been re-connected backwards.

Red face

Excuse my friends, my english is worst .

The engine works meanwhile (no still) I'm pressing the start button, then, when I release it, the engine stop.

the ignition pick up coil connector can be plugged in reversed... so try un plugging it and plug it in the other direction
