Headlight bulb

Greetings fellow riders!

I have been looking around for a new bulb, mine is fried!
BULB,12V-60/55W (H4 12342)

You think i could buy one from ebay or it's better to go to the auto parts store?
Unless someone has an extra one to spare?

PEACE!!!

Wally World may have that one.
You can go to JCW and get one with higher watts.

Any auto parts store should have them. H4 any brand is all you need. I think I put a Silverstar in mine when I replaced it.

Kuryakyn Flame Grips
Bar End helmet locks
Chrome / Gold "Live to Ride Mirrors"
Coastered, Shaved & Jetted
K&N Pod Air Filters
KisanTech headlamp & Taillight modulators
Iridium's
Leather Lyke Hard Bags
Voltmeter, Clock
Stebel Nautilus horn
Slipstreamer SS28
J&M CB Radio
Audiovox CCS-100 Electronic Cruise Control
Mustang Seat, Protac Drivers Backrest
And of course the obligatory stator replacement[/FONT]

Under $8 at local WalMart, but they aren't Silverstar. Think they were GE brand.

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!

I read somewhere just a couple of weeks ago that there is a difference between headlight bulbs for automotive use and motorcycles. I believe the mc bulb is designed to withstand more vibrations. I wish I could recall where I saw that. The mc headlight reflector is also shaped differently than autos.
