blowing fuses while shifting... between first and second

I blew two again today replaced the entire wiring harness over a month ago. I checked the entire thing before installation for splits in the wires or open connections, My grounds are tight.

Blew it reversing down an alley way looking for parking, it was sunny today
Taking it out of gear as I parked.
While shifting from up from first.

The problem is centered around the nuetral switch. Are you able to disconnect the nuetral switch? If possible, do so and see if it helps.

I take it that it's the main fuse that's blowing?
