electrical shutoff during ride

just like it says, it sputters, and shuts off while coming back on in between cycles. i havent tuned the carb yet cause i was gonna take it to someone, and now this happens, im thinking fuse box? electrical always killed me on vehicles but not houses

dirty contacts on the puck are a known issue with these, easy to fix thankfully.

just like in a house, vehicle electrics need a source for energy (battery) and a way for that energy to return to the battery after the pixies have done their job (ground). keeping that in mind, its not much different, just DC instead of AC

Is it all electrical or just the engine? The engine is known to have weak ignition sensor pickup when hot.
If its all, you need to check the fusebox circuit board for broken or corroded solder joints inside.

it hasnt done it again, there was a dead spider and the cap was open. hoping that wasit, and double checking i was looking in the right spot. a black circle plug with electrical soldering. nothing loose or burned
