Headlight problem

Can anyone tell me what wire is for the dim on the headlight? I did the “blue wire mod” because my headlight wouldn’t work. After the mod everything was great. The bike sat for couple weeks and now the headlight appears to be dim and making a small buzzing noise.... but when I flip the switch to the brights all is good- light is bright and no noise... or could this just be a failing headlight? Just acts to me like it is not receiving enough power on dim.

Garage
Red/Yellow at headlight is the low beam.
Could definitely be a bad filament causing the problem.

Wiring Diagram + annotations * still undergoing revisions, but still more useful than the generic one. Let me know if you find mistakes or think something additional should be added
