Is this a modified stator cover?

I bought my bike with a few modifications already done, just trying to figure out what they all are. This cover looks like part of the toc mfg stator cover mod from their website pics...

Then again, never mind. The shift pattern is on it... looking closer at the toc website I would have to open it up to see the mod.

TOC modifies the factory housing so it will have the shift pattern, you have to open to see.

My guess is that it is just a regular cover will the decal missing. A moded cover would have an extra circle of bolts.

The modded cover has no extra bolts, just three longer ones going through the timing mark cover to hold the insert.
