starter end brush cover needed

2006 2.6k miles,my starter end cap is broke. L side, covers the brushes. 1 tab is lost that bolts it down.need the 2 end bolts too as 1 got bent the other missing. let me know if you have 1 to sell. for trade i have some guitar effects pedals, ammo or pay via m.o. discovered it when i was changing the all agin! still have same dry shifting feel. and i discovered when you remove the starter, starter shaft end is lubed by engine all.

Cannot help with your request, But I have a question about your name. Are you Danish by any chance? My sister-in-law is called Inger, but the Danish pronunciation is Ing-aw, much as your name is spelled.

Secondly, your written accent (ie. engine all) sounds much further south than New York. lol

Mitsuba SM-13 12V,number on inside of end cap is 13501, when you remove and put on,there is a slot on the inside of the cap that lines up with a tab on the starter. It's black also but that doesn't matter what color. everything else looks good, brushes are full, starter gear-shaft not all chewed up looks excellent. 223 I always try and get a few boxes everytime it goes on sale somewhere and then i get to look around the store and drool.

as far as I know, they never changed the starter over the years.. they may have changed suppliers, but they should all be a bolt on

looks like it! you da man! once you remove the long bolts, the end cap slips off e-z,might have oil in the gear end. there is a bearing bushing in the cap that supports the starter shaft,it shouldn't fall out. i pm'd you a few notes.
