I got my supports from ebay for about $20 new, but there a a lot of different ones on there right now. Mine are like these: Used Kawasaki Vulcan VN 750 Saddle Bags Support Brackets | eBay

Search results: kawasaki vn 750 saddlebag supports in Motorcycle Parts | eBay

If I could find relocators, they were either rusty or $100. So I bought red turn signals/running lights and made a simple bracket with aluminum. Haven't seen relocators on ebay lately.

those look like the saddle bag i got. how do you like them?

thanks for the support links. re-locator brackets seem to be few are far between. i could weld something up, im just lazy. i guess a CAD layout for them would be a pipe dream.

The bags are great, plenty of room and the four velcro pockets are handy, always have something in them.

Tuurn signal relocation brackets

If you haven't found these yet, search on E-Bay. Look for backrest with saddle bag supports. There is one listed that has both the supports and the relocation brackets. They are asking about $80.00 but for both that isn't a bad price. That is with free shipping too.
