In case no one has a set of spares, I'm pretty sure you want 8mm, 1.25 pitch, 30 or 35 mm in length. I believe the rearmost bolts need a nut to cinch 'em down, whereas the forward ones hook into the frame. Can anyone whose bike is currently dismantled double-check me on this?

BTW, you can also check Home Depot, Lowe's or an ACE Hardware store for the bolts now that you know the size, pitch and length

for the seized bolt, id spray the heck out of it with liquid wrench and let it sit overnight. if it snaps at the head you may be able to clamp down on it with vise-grips to turn it out. if you end up drilling it out you can allways add a nut to the back

Almost any auto parts store will carry the bolts. If they don't, I don't consider them parts stores lol.
