If you don't find one here, look around on Ebay for some supports for a Honda Rebel. SnowmanNC discovered they will fit our bikes as well. I have them on my bike now.

Thanks for the information. Did you have to mod them in any way? ie: bend them, or drill them?

You have to buy some longer bolts (obviously). Snowman said originally (before he put them on his bike) he had to bend them out very slightly. I got them from him so they were already adjusted. I don't recall that we had to do anything else.

They were working fine on his bike and he had no complaint. I bought a set of the F&S aftermarket supports but IIRC couldn't use them because of my ProTac back rest, so I swapped with him. Have had them on about a year or so.

I saw those on there before. I emailed him a few days ago to find out where / how they mount but never got an answer. Kinda makes me extra cautious about dealing with him since he doesnt seem to answer emails, or at least mine for whatever reason.

I made a set of my own. Other than having my own mig welder, everything else was easily gotten... some 5/16 steel rod and some angle iron.

I bent them on a bench vice, cut the angle iron with a hacksaw, drilled them with a hand drill, shaped the mounting brackets with a belt sander.

I made them a good bit larger than most others out there since I had the Willie & Max large slants. They also work good with my Moto-Pak GTS-60's

Luckily where I used to work did powdercoating, so I was able to get them coated satin black. I'm happy with how they turned out.

Raw form, ready to paint....

Powdercoated....

On the bike....

Bags mounted....

I just put a set of those on my bike, they mount to the outside of the chrome strut on the fender. I'll try and get some pics and post 'em here later. You will need longer bolts, and according to the mounting instructions there are supposed to be bolts included in the package. Mine didn't have the bolts, but a quick trip to Lowe's and I was in business. I didn't bother emailing about the missing bolts because patience isn't one of my virtues.

The bolts are M8 - 1.25 x 45 (50 would probably be ideal but they didn't have them) if you decide to go with the ebay set and the bolts aren't included.

Oh, I forgot to mention that you have to move the helmet locks for them to work, I had already moved mine to the frame covers in the front of the bike.

I smile 'cause I don't know what the h*ll is going on.
