You can check out a micro fiche of what's all in the tool case HERE.
Just go down to "Tools and Manuals" and click.

Thanks Hyper. What I was looking for, was more information specific, as in what sizes the wrenches are. I would imagine I could go to $ears or (insert favorite auto parts store) and purchase the equivalent tools for a lot less than the price quoted from Kawasaki.
Anyways, thanks again.

IIRC...

Plugs take an 18mm deepwell socket...

Rear axle takes a 27mm

10mm and 14 (and I think 12... someone wanna verify?) sockets are pretty common on the bike

17 mm bolt for the rear shocks

You'd wanna check what size bolt the front axle takes (I THINK it's a 17mm but DEFINITELY verify that).

If I was smart enough to carry adequate tools with me, I'd have the aformentioned sockets, an extention, a crescent wrench and probably the same size wrenches as sockets. Also of course ya wanna have a phillips head screwdriver. Currently all I carry are a crescent wrench and my trusty leatherman (I'm rarely more than 10 miles from home on the bike) - I also have one of those socket headed screwdriver things (short version... 'bout 2 inches... don't know where it came from) that's the right size for my seat bolts.

Basically ya want wrenches that'll allow ya to
*mess with controls (check those... they might be 10's or smaller)
*remove front or rear wheel
*remove front brake calipers
*remove seat
*remove battery

I miss anything?

Probably would be a good idea for us to have a good list of what all should be carried with us since most bikes seem to be missing the (I assume inadequate) toolbox.

I always make sure to have a couple of Vice Grips also. A small and medium pair of needle nose ones. They've kept me riding instead of trailering more than a few times.
Also, a tube of quik curing epoxy and/or rad stop leak (for emergency repairs ONLY, fix it right when ya get home!!)
