Desperately seeking a tach

I need a tachometer/temperature gauge assembly for WindRider.

Cindy and I pulled my existing one, and checked wiring and the unit itself, and found that it had been JB Welded (not unlike the guy on the HD forum's axles and oil plug ).

When we got it back together, it works sometimes, but stops at about 3500 RPMs.

Anyone got one they are willing to part with? Of course, now that I know it is the gauge and not the wiring, the only ones on ebay look pretty ropey...And one guy wants $95 for one that looks like it has been dragged behind the bike.

Thanks,
--Storm
