not stock....looks like someone adapted chrome breather covers onto it or something.

I have to wonder how it sounds....blocking the front HAS to diminish the amount of sound coming from them.

Thinking about it, they look like horn buttons for a 3-spoke custom steering wheel.

And they are sealed pretty tight around the back, so probably are muffled.

Stock horns don't have the best sound anyway. Hate 'em. I stuck a WOLO air horn on mine. Wish I could have a train horn...

Pretty sure they are horns off of a different bike put onto the stock bracket.
