WTB: fire and steel supports and turn signal kit

Looking for an Anniversary present for the wife to get me... And I'm not satisfied with my current bags and supports. So looking for the FS kit if anyone has one. I know a while back someone sold the whole kit and a nice set of bags for 175.

Just wondering what might be out there. Found a set on eBay for 145.

Also looking for suggestions on waterproof bags.

I use Willie and Max synthetic on both bikes. 16" slanted version.
They have been in many storms. They look traditional, but the buckles actually snap.

Here's a smaller set on Flea Bay:

Nice bags! I always keep meaning to check out Viking but never got around to it. They seem very reasonably priced for the quality. So can I assume that you are happy with them and that they are essentially
a-leather on the outside
b-hard on the inside to keep shape
c-rain-proof (have yours been wet yet?)
d-locking?
e-easy to install with the f&s relocation kit
