'86 VN750 for sale in Medina, Ohio $800

I was lucky enough to win a '07 Harley last week! Now I have to sell off my other bikes to buy some chrome.
What I got is a '86 750 with 24,700 miles on it. New gel battery, front and rear tires, rear brakes, seat (recovered) and speedo cable. Aftermarket mirrors, turnsingles and exhaust. It has been de-goated and coastered, has K&N cone filters. Just had an oil change and flushed the coolant system.
Sorry I don't have any pictures as of yet, but will try to get a camra in the next day or so.
If you have any questions give me a call at 216-262-4124.

sell the harley and buy a new Vulcan, don't get sucked into the Hardley lifestyle, drive 20 miles, stop, tighten all the bolts, adjust your leather clothes, smoke a couple of ciggs, drive 20 miles, wait for the engine to cool down, adjust your leather, drive 20 miles, stop for beer, wait for the engine to cool down...

just say no to Harley's.... sell the harley you could buy you, your wife and your best friend brand new Vulcans!

best, kait

I'm asking $800 for it. Not trying to make anything on it, thats what I got in it and thats as low as I will go.

ah, 96ci, 6 speed, Fuel injected. Oh yea, did I mention FREE. If I sell it I will have to pay the income taxes on it. It's a '07 dyna street bob, I think i'll let it stay for a little while longer.

If you don't sell it you'll have to pay the income taxes on it as well. Don't pull a Richard Hatch. Do you have the money to pay the taxes? It may bump you into another tax bracket.

Let's see the pics. Do you take PayPal?

cegodsey is right. you pay income tax regardless on that. sometimes even lottery taxes in some states like in texas. anyway, if it does take you into another tax bracket, just up your 401k for the rest of the year.... then you will be good.

i say sell the harley and if you absolutley have to have chrome, by some for the vulcan
even though when i think about it my vulcan doesn't have much of that chrome. this however does not inhibit it's roadworthiness. remember - chrome keeps you home! you sound like a person who owns a bike for the purpose of riding it. IMO HD is more to have/own/show-off/anything but riding.

anyways it's your call. congrads on your win, good luck selling the vulcan if you must.
sounds like a good deal for someone looking.

good deal for $800...but I don't see you buying too much chrome for that amount...now on the other hand, the $$$$ you could get for the dyna even after paying taxes...just think of what you would be able to do to that vulcan of yours....all reworked, custom paint, the whole bike could be chromed!!
