Sold my 2 VN750s a couple weeks back and so I'm cleaning out the garage. Will be posting a few things over the next week or so.
I replaced the stator on my bike shortly before selling it and used the "Tuxedo method"
. I made a few plates by hand but was just not satisfied with my craftsmanship! So, I had a buddy custom make a couple for me.
It's etched from a plate of high density steel and features cutouts to accommodate the pick-up wires as well as a notch so the timing mark is not obscured. Also has the center etched out similar to the stock cover so that the crankshaft bolt is exposed - makes manually turning the bike to top dead center much easier!
Only have one, $45 shipped
Thanks! Let me know if ya have any questions.
