WTB, right side exhaust tip

hey guys, I'm looking for a right side tip/baffle piece. The screw on the foot peg mount came loose and the weight of the tip, vibrated the weld(where it clamps onto the muffler) completely apart. Tried to JB weld it..no good. Found one on ebay for $50, just thoought I would check here first, incase someone was parting out a exhaust system. PM me here or email to: [email protected] with exhaust info in title. thanks, Rick

Totally lost me on that one, are you talking about the heat shield clamp?

04-3,200 miles bought July 2011 with 928 miles. Loaded with acessories to many to list here, see my albums for more details! I also make a custom tank bib specific for the 750 if anyone is interested, ck my albums for some pics.

I think IndyVN is looking for the whole right side muffler/tip behind the goats belly.
(The whole explanation of why he needs it just confused the post IMHO. )

JB Weld certainly wouldn't work. I'm pretty sure you could take it to a shop that does welding and have them reattach it.

Ol hoss, you are right. The baffle piece out behind the "belly" is what I'm looking for. I definetely thought about having it welded, but if you've ever looked at one and seen how thin the metal is at that point, I"m not sure it would work, although I could be wrong.
Well, it looks like I'm off to ebay as there have been no offers for sale.
