Anyone making coasters?

Has anyone out there fabbed up some reed valve delete plates (coasters) that would like to make an extra set?

I just used heater hose caps. They go right on in place of the hose. I used the original black hose clamps to hold them in place. Looks and works great. Available at any auto parts store. I believe 5/8" is the size you need.

I made my own from aluminum stock that was 2" wide.

I removed the reed valve, traced it onto the aluminum bar and went at it with a file, drilled the mounting holes and sanded and polished them for a decent finish.

I just left the reed valves there and replaced the port with the covers I made.

Works perfect and cost me a few bucks for stock bar aluminum and some sweat.
