kuryakin throttle grip

I need a kuryakyn throttle grip. Bought a set new today and after installing I went for a ride and my throttle barrel where the cable connects broke! So I've got to get a new barrel but checking to see if someone my have just the throttle grip for sale. It is chrome and has 2 rows of 4 wide rubber pads. 7/8 bars

Are you having trouble removing the new grip?

I'm keepin' all the left over parts. I'm gonna use 'em to build another bike!

They are attached with heavy appoxy glue. You sand the throttle plastic barrel so that it attaches well......Well,,,, it attached very well.

I see! Any chance you could use epoxy to repair the broken barrel?

It is the part of the cable attachment where the ear is very thin and small. Try to apoxy it but the cable has to much pull force for an apoxy repair. held for about 15 twist of the throttle, then let go. New parts are on the way now thanks to ebay.
