05 VN750 part out

I acquired a crashed 2005 Vulcan for the engine, so I have most of the rest of it to sell. Much of the bike is still good, but some parts are obviously not.

Parts I am keeping:
-R/R (mine had been failing, so I'll just take this one)
-Engine (not yet sure if I will be keeping the carbs or just using mine)
-Right side exhaust cover
-Front tire
-Rear tire (mine was almost done, but this one is almost new)
-Ignition lock
-Gas cap

Parts unusable:
-Forks (bent badly)
-Front wheel (I'm assuming it's out of round due to the damage to the forks)
-Front brakes (calipers and discs)
-Handlebars (severely bent)
-Mirrors (badly damaged)
-Horns (missing)
-Right side controls (electrical and brake lever/cylinder)
-Right side main footpeg (including rear brake control)
-Front fender (badly twisted/bent)
-Right side airbox (box and cover cracked and mounting point broken)
-Right front spark plug connector

Parts might be usable:
-Right side exhaust pipe (has a big dent in it, but still could be used I suppose)

Everything else I believe is OK. Aside from the crash, this bike was well taken care of. I'll look it over some more to see if anything else is unusable.

A couple things of note:
-Has the extended backrest
-Has a luggage rack
-Seat is in excellent condition

It's going to be about 2 weeks before I really start tearing it apart. A month after that, I'm going to be listing all the good parts on eBay, so I wanted to give y'all first shot at this thing. At this point, I'm thinking I will sell them for the high end of what the same part goes for on eBay since it's from the second to last model year the bike was in production and most parts are in excellent shape. If the same item is not found on eBay, we will negotiate a price. Prices will be adjusted based on damage or wear.

If you want pics of anything in particular you might be considering, let me know in this thread and I'll post them for all to see.

A couple overall pics (sorry they turned out crappy, I had toyed with some settings on my camera and forgot to fix it, and now I've already taken some stuff off so can't take them over):

List of parts sold:
Tool box cover
Side covers
Swingarm caps
Instrument panel
Tool box
Front turn signals
Tank bib
Horn cover badge
Extended backrest
(3) Spark plug wires
Fork caps
Tank mounting hardware
Luggage rack

List of parts spoken for:

Even if someone has spoken for something you want, let me know and I'll put you in line in case the person(s) ahead of you back out for whatever reason.

Both the tach and speedo look great to me, if not a little dirty. The mounting bracket for the tach is broken, but the tach itself looks fine. Was just looking at them and thinking about keeping them, but if you want them they're yours. The "trunk" cover is also there and in excellent shape. Do you need just the cover, or the whole "trunk"?

I have the rest of the trunk, just looking for the cover. Does the ignition key lock it? If so are the keys universal?

As far as the tach and speedo... They look pretty good. like they would clean up good with some SOS and mothers chrome polish. I have 2 working ones now.. but mine are rusted at the top... I painted them and they look better but I'm still not super satisfied.

When you have time.. shoot some prices to me.

Thanks! I appreciated it!

The lock is not universal, but I'm sure you could take it to a locksmith and have it match your existing key.

I'll get the prices for everything, probably tomorrow. Have plans today.

Took one basic pic yesterday, I'll get some more angles tomorrow. When I find out who makes it, I'll let you know the price.

I forgot to mention, I actually have 2 seats. I have the one from this 05 Vulcan, but I also have the stock seat off my 95 Vulcan which I replaced with a VN900 seat. So just because THIS seat may be spoken for doesn't mean you're out of luck. Since that one is older, let's go with $75 for that one and $100 for the newer one.
