Looking for short bar w/o extended backrest

Howdy,

Turns out the Saddlemen Classic Explorer Seat I got will not fit under the extended backrest pad. I had to remove the extended pad to install the seat leaving the higher upside down u-bar exposed. It looks like to remove it would require a small short u-bar for those that do not have the extended backrest with the stock seat. Does anyone know what the correct name is for this part or part number I could look on www.ronayers.com to see if they sell it or perhaps there is someone here that has one willing to part with.

Thanks for the responses!

I had that with my corbin, I removed the extra pad and modified it to fit.

Thanks for the response. I was able to get the smaller u-bar thingy for the rear seat from Crobins365. Just waiting to put it on the bike. I suppose I could have modified the pad like you did, but right now I am not riding two-up and have crack my shin on the tall back rest a couple of times swinging my leg over, so I think I might be ready to try it for a while without the extended backrest/pad.
