Backrest Storage trunk

Rode 180 miles today on some awesome back country roads. When I stopped for fuel I noticed that my storage trunk was GONE. Lost $50 cash, My Drivers License, Insurance cards, Registration, and 2 pair of riding glasses.

If anyone has one to sell let me know.

Here's one on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/87-KA...Q5fAccessories

Doesn't look so hot, but that can be easily fixed with some Krylon paint. Also, notice that the owner has a hinge keeping the lid on the body of the trunk - they have a nasty habit of flying off (like yours did), so this is one solution. You can put on a cabinet lock (find it at Home Depot or Lowe's) and you'll be good to go.

Aww bummmmmmmer, man! I guess with 180 miles on the day it wouldn't have been worth it to track back, even if the trunk was still there. Maybe a good guy found it and will return everything but the cash?
