Stock vn900 seat in beautiful shape

Hi guys. I justy recieved a 900 seat from ebay and put it on last night. It's nice and wide and I had a passenger on it for about 45 min very comfortably. I'm just not sure it's for me. So if.. and before I put it back up on ebay, I thought I'd ask if anyone here is interested since it is a seat that does adapt pretty well to our bikes. I will try to post the pics from the original ad and can also take pics of it on my bike tonight. I paid 115 + shipping and would like to get what I paid but will consider offers. Thanks,
Dave

Here is the seat on the bike. Without the chrome grab handles since they will have to be cut where they turn up for the back rest area. Thanks for looking.
Dave.

It's fastened on there actually with heavy duty wire ties hooked under the fender bolts and through the breathing holes in the seat pan. Battery died on the phone so I was only able to get that one pic. If I keep it I will make a proper mount but it was very solid for the test rides . Someone used heater hose to fasten his but his pics are gone from the post so I couldn't see what he did.

BTW, The reason I'm thinking of re-selling it is because I have pain after riding a while and thought because this seat was wider that it would help but I think it's just me. My passenger however, loved it and didn't bang her helmet into mine once. Something she did frequently on previous rides, ha ha. It was nice for me to not be jammed against the tank as well. I'm off to see about modding the stock seat. Take care,
Dave

I too have a seat available if anyone else is interested in it. Mine is off a 2006 900 Classic LT and is the studded version of the 900 seat. I used it for less than 1 season and replaced it with the Kawi Gel seat. I no longer own the 900 but still have the seat all boxed up in storage. If anyone is interested, make me an offer.

Sorry if I hijacked the thread...

Mark

Ok so I'll sell it here to a member for 75 plus SH (around 15 bucks). Taking a loss but it happens when you're experimenting. Then it will go back up on ebay at 115 or bo. Need to recoupe some of what I payed to do other stuff that needs to be done. I'd like to use pay pal if possible.
