Question Tool Kit Lid - looking for one

I lost my "Trunk Lid" as I call it. I have 1999 VN750-A15 and need the locking lid that goes over the compartment ont he back of the seat, where you store the tools and manual. Anyone out there have one?

You can actually remove the tool box and find a small tool bag that will fit there. Another problem would be if you get a lid off a different bike you would need a copy of their key so you can unlock it.
