Roar to the Shore/Motorcycle Cannonball Run

Both of these events are coming up in September. The Roar to the Shore in Wildwood, NJ is Thursday, Sept. 8th to Sunday, Sept. 11th and the start for the motorcycle Cannonball Run is Saturday, Sept. 10th in Atlantic City. I will be at both events along with another forum member and a few additional friends. If anyone has an interest in attending either or both events and would like to meet up for some riding contact me here on this thread or PM. I can give you my cell number and work out a time and place to meet up.

The Roar to the Shore is a free event and there is usually motel space available at the last minute either in Wildwood or Wildwood Crest which is only about two miles away from the main area. I have gone for the last five or six years and was able to get a low priced room after I arrived two years ago. The Cannonball Run is a cross country race with participants restricted to "no motorcycle built after 1917 can run for the prize" per the official rules. This should be a great showcase to see some old time cycles before the official start Saturday morning.

These are two great motorcycle events located on the east coast within easy access of Washington, DC, Philadelphia, New York City and every place in between.

Less than two weeks away. These are two great events within easy riding from NY, PA, MD, CT, DE and major cities like NYC, Philly and even DC. Send a PM if you want to exchange numbers to meet at either one.

Liberty, maybe it is time for you to get away for a day or two with the Lady. I know you haven't had an easy time of late. Wildwood, (North), AC could make a nice time you. You may even have my number still or as I said anyone can PM me. We also have several members in NJ and eastern PA making it a very short ride.
