2014 MI. Gathering looks like a "wash out"

just checked the weather.....and once again......looks like it's going to be a wash out! blast! what's up with all the f-ing rain! it started to storm last night and it's still going on this morning. I checked the radar and it show me nothing but ran for the next 5 days for both Ohio., and MI! the weather says 50-80% chance of rain (t-storms) for the next 5 days. I don't mind a little rain, but I don't do Thunderstorms, I've got this thing about Lightening!

this f-ing sucks!!!!!!

if it goes vroom or boom, I LIKE IT!

The weather on the east coast mid-Atlantic states is suppose to be about 75 degrees this Saturday and only a 20% chance of rain so you and the rest of your Buckeye group are more than welcome to join up with us for a nice ride. The original NJ, NY, PA, CT heading was never meant to hold anyone out from meeting up with our group. I saw your little comment on our ride thread back in the early stages of our ride planning. lol

Actually we should try to set a group ride this year or make plans for next year possibly in PA so the Buckeyes and East Coast can get together. I know we all talked about it once before but nothing ever went any further than some loose talk about potential locations. After reading your threads on gatherings and seeing how some of our rides are planned I think we would need to give at least several months notice for anything to happen. Some seem to have vacation time issues with getting off from work. I forget that at times as I only have to give 24 hours notice for vacation time but still have 104 days on the books that I can use including personal and sick time. Those two can be taken as long as you call fifteen minutes before your normal start time.

Better make plans to leave soon if you want to join us on this Saturday.

Really sorry your weather is not cooperating but since you will have rain maybe we will be totally dry. lol

and always remember, "Ride until you rot!"
**Really not sure if the Big "C" is back right now
but having to face the fact that this is a lifetime routine
going forward. Five operations done and it still continues.

yup. the Buckeyes are always a day late and a dollar short. lol

oh, we came really close to pulling it off. remember the "Buckeye Bunch vs. the Wolf Pack" meet up? there was way more that just "loose talk" going on about that one.
I would love to make it happen this year, but as for me, my time and $ are just about all spent to trips/rides for this year. but, that doesn't mean we can't start planning for next year!
