East tenn. Motorcycle routes

These pictures came from a Tenn. brochure. Thought they may be worth posting for folks that like to ride that part of the country. First is the Dragon and more. All maps can be expanded in my photo albums. Here is a link to my photos. https://www.vn750.com/forum/album.php?albumid=521

I think I would take SR-330 & SR-116 from Oliver Springs to Lake City if I didn't want to do the city & traffic ridin thru Oak Ridge & Clinton...

JMO -- As I like ridin the 2-lane country blacktops with a twist or two much better than the red lights & city traffic...lol...

PS-If I really felt froggy I would take this lil 1-1/2 lane road off the devil's triangle at Stainville to Caryville...

http://mapshare.delorme.com/Consumer/V.aspx?p=wbx03zj3

It's definitely not for beginners, and I seldom feel that froggy...lol...

These routes were in a Tenn brochure I picked up at a rest stop. I have got to meet up with you for a ride before long. Want to hit the good roads you know.

/\ Hey, I'm ready, lets ride the sticks... Here is another good Tn./Ky/Va. ride, I have rode most of it, but not all...

http://mapshare.delorme.com/Consumer/V.aspx?p=drwjz0cm

When I rode the Sneedville Tn. way the bridge at Kyles Ford was down for repair...... I think it is fixed and usable now though......
PS-That ride would be about 153 mi. according to my map program...

Here is another +/- 125 mi. Ala./Tn. ride that is home for me and a bit closer for you Chuck A...

http://mapshare.delorme.com/Consumer/V.aspx?p=vtwvjjhb

PS-The rides I'm pointing out are rides that are not eat up with idiots like the Dragon and some others, fact is, if I were younger I would not be pointing them out on a forum, but y'all are the good guys and I am old...lol...
