Road trips?

Well, since spring is finally here and riding season has apparently started in many parts of the US, I thought it appropriate to stir up some wanderlust (since the VN750 is actually a pretty good touring machine) with the following link...note that none of the suggestions include interstates...but are backroads, instead--enjoy!...:

We have got to hook up and ride some of those roads before June, Old Dog. My Summer is gonna be screwed up. Was at the docs office yesterday and he said the left knee is 5 years past needing to have been replaced. Got to get in some good riding before that happens, just like in the picture. Gonna try and make it till Summer so that my youngest daughter will be home to baby sit me.

Hey, OldDog....where are those turns you've shown in the pic? TN? NC? Or somewhere else? What hwy # is that?

CW-4: Just PM me, when you'd like to ride. It would probably be best to meet up somewhere in Dothan....

theauhawk & Chuck, that is on a road on Signal Mtn. Tn., just a bit NNW of Chattanooga Tn. ... It's called the "W-Rd."... I rode it for the first time Sunday before last... I was not too impressed till those turns near the North end...
PS-Actually that was about all there was to enjoy...lol...
