Made MCCT. Is this whining sign that I tightened it too far?

Hi,
I just converted the ACCT to MCCT on both side. Went pretty easy and all the rattling and ticking went away. Good modification. Thanks to this forum I found out how to do conversion.

But... after short ride to my work. I noticed there is a slight whining noise coming when engine is warm and the rpm are just a little over the idle. It seems to sound a little bit louder on the right side.
I tried to record a video and you can hear the whining loud and clear starting 1:10

Is this the sign I tightened one a little too tight?

I opened the bolts a little bit and found the sweet spot. They were a little bit too tight. Now the engine feels more powerful when the MCCT are not resisting engine turns.

But still I can hear this little whining. Maybe it is just normal and I have not heard it before because of the chain rattle.
