Headlight Question

Hello everyone. I have a 04 vulcan Im looking to change the headlight from a 7 to a 5 3/4. Has anyone done this? And any suggestions?

Stock headlight sucks, find a better one the same size.

I had found a Harley headlight that matched the Vulcan which honestly was not very hard. Clear front proper angling in a good halogen it's an amazing upgrade.

Id do the 7 LED conversion per the mention above, I did it on my bike and like the light output. But in short, yes you could go down to a smaller size lamp. Youd just need to get some longer hardware and spacers to conceal the hardware and a lot of torque when assembling so the headlight assembly doesnt go limp on you.
