A huge sweetgum tree and vn750 don't mix

We were part of the path of Hurricane Matthew last weekend. A huge sweetgum tree uprooted and fell crushing the bed of my truck and pinning it from moving. Crushing the front end of my 91 Chevy Caprice station wagon, my 89 z24 and my vn750.

The truck is out after cutting the tree for two days. The bike is free also. The bike lost its tact, headlight, taillight and ripped the seat in two places. Got way more things to work on like getting this tree out of my yard. Just wanted to vent where people would understand.

Grace and Peace to you!
Richard

Whatever you did to piss that tree off, it sure got its revenge.
Sorry everything got smashed up.

Here's what I'm gunna say, anything to rid the world of another sweet gum tree is good stuff in my book. If I step barefoot on another motherfklin sweetgum ball I am going to flip a lid. My mom was napping through the eye of Matthew. They weren't hit as hard as some friend a hundred miles inland just south of the north carolina border. They lost their home and three cars.
