Ok, they cropped the pic a bit, and it is an older pic, but hey! it made it.
When I got my saddlebags installed I wrote a review for Viking Bags. They then asked me for some pics. That was months ago but in the past few days they got around to posting one.
If you look at my avatar, that pic is taken at ground level. The pic they used is taken from my back deck, with the camera about 15 feet above ground. It's from last year.
More recently they sent out a general e-mail asking people for pics and I sent them better, more recent ones. I'm hoping they select a certain one that's on much greener grass.
Go look at the Viking Bag website in the Customer Photos section and find the Vn750!!

After I sent them the first 3 or 4 pics I began to think they wouldn't use any because they all have a tank bag showing that they don't sell. When this pic was taken the bike didn't run. It didn't have a battery in it and the gas tank was not hooked up. It was just sitting there for the camera. These were "pre-Seafoam-revelation" days. So, since then I've got it running nicely, added highway pegs and the MCCTs along with a fork tool bag. I like that they used a pic because our Vulcan doesn't get enough respect.

It does kinda look like a model, doesn't it? Something I just noticed is that they must have "hazed" my license plate number because I just looked at my original and it is readable. It wouldn't have mattered really since the plate it had on it at the time of this picture has been changed anyway. To me using the pic is not a big deal just because of the bags. Lots of Vn750s have bags of one sort or another. Its more of a deal to me because this type of bike is rarely seen outside of venues such as this Vulcan website. I like seeing it shown to a broader spectrum of bikers.

To thtanner: They DID give me the free fork tool bag, which isn't on it here. I'm hoping they decide to use one of the newer pics I sent them.
