VN 750 Acting Funny
I've put off doing this for a while but I have to sell n VN 750. Years of construction work have left my right hand nerve damaged and my right hip falling asleep while riding my bike and not waking up when I need to use the breaks.
So I'm selling the bike.
Today I pulled it out of the carport and started up an it ran like it always does but I did not take it out on the road. I washed it down dried it off, and let it sit in the sun to take care of any residual moisture. After a while I started it off and it idled OK but failed when increasing the RPMS. Added some fresh gas to offset the gas in the tank that didn't smell old because I had used additives a while back. Started it up again and it ran and the RPMs were there so I took off and a couple of blocks down the street stalled out. I Pushed it for a block and tried again and it started. I cut the choke and kept the RPMs high to keep the bike from stalling. Got to my driveway and dead again. I'll let it sit and maybe it will start again and have enough whump to get into the carport.
