Cleaning Up the front

I am trying to clean up the look of the front end of the bike. Step one was to remove the Kawasaki emblem and relocate the horns.

Some conventional cleaning would have been better! Wipe the dirt off, that bike is dirty!

How are the horns mounted? Are they just attached to the plastic shroud on the radiator?

I drilled 2 holes into the plastic grill, using the original horn bracket as a template. just flipped it upside down and bolted it int o the new location. Mod took me 15 minutes and $0.00.

You could always mount a tool bag over the brake line splitter. Like this I also like the way Kent relocated his horns.

Good idea Glen, I have a tool Bag just lying around that i didn't know what to do with it...I think i have another project for tomorrow.

Any more ideas how to clean up the front?

also will the front forks and tripple trees from a VN800 fit our bikes?
