Ouch, that hurt! For 13 years I thought I had a decent seat....I guess it's true but still it hurts....my sister is ugly too...but I still love her

I am looking forward to replacing my stock 'sofa cushion'. I would like to experiment with refurb on my old seat and would like to see any mods that members have done.

I second that!!
I've been thinking of obtaining an additional stock seat (for cheap!) removing some of the foam and then inserting a gel pad, back in it's place. I need to find a source for the gel, too.

I just don't have enough scratch for an aftermarket seat right now

I've got an aftermarket seat from Mustang. It's not quite as ugly as the original and a little more comfortable.

I've never had a problem with the looks of the "sofa cushion" seat, but my butt does get sore in a hurry on it. I'm all about not having my butt go to sleep while riding.

I (for one) am comfortable with the seat, but after i saw the Corbin i do think it needs visual improvement.
