Tank bolt

Can someone tell me what the bolt on the tank in front of the battery size is and also the bolts on the side of the tank. I am not sure what goes in those holes but someone before me has put pvc pipes pieces in there as spaces. I guess it will work unless it melts.

the rear bolt is same thread, but longer than the side bolts (the rubber insulator is thicker on the rear than the sides)

side bolts r 2.5 inch rear one is 3 inch go to an auto parts store tell em u want a set of sway bar bushings for any car cut one in half and use a half on each side with a flat washer on the outside cost about 8 to 12 bucks
