ran great but now it isn't

Ok, today I felt like the bike would crank but all it did was backfire through the carbs and the pipes. Not all the time but enough to stain the drawers. I am not sure where to go now.

Grace and Peace to you!

I know you have several threads about the things you have done and tried. Maybe if you could put all of that information together in this thread so that we have a history of what has been done so far it would give us an idea where to start. I think your last thread was around the battery right? Did you ever get an AGM battery?

You need to adjust your screw out more and maybe get a larger diameter jet. It's backfiring because it's too lean. You need to rich'n that sucka up.

Garage
You may be best served by posting in a single project thread. You have a few different ones going now and it's starting to get confusing.

What's the battery voltage before, during, and after cranking?

Do the battery cables get hot quick?
