Not hard but it takes a few steps. The whole gauge cluster will have to come out. You'll have to unplug the harness from the gauge cluster (might have to pop the headlight out to get to the plugs) and there's 2 bolts holding the cluster on. The brackets that hold the gauges behind the cluster have to come off and that will release them. You'll see as you go along. I can do it now in about 5-10min.
