For al those graphic artist types..

I coordinate the VROC World Reunion held in September in Eureka Springs.
This rally is open to all VROC riders and owners and friends of such..
One of the challenges is to come up with a t-shirt design. Black t-Shirt, although another color could be used, short sleeve and long sleeve available. The front has the VROC World reunion logo on the left, the back usually has a design and then a list of names of those attending (the names can also be optional)
This was the design for last year
http://www.geocities.com/piper_steve/ReunionMerch.html
Anyone want to come up with something special for the t-shirt? Winner gets my gratitude, full bragging rights and of course a t-shirt too (In September when they are produced) as well as a "designed by" on the VROC Reunion Page.

Does the front and back both need a design or just the back? Also, does it need to be of a certain file-type or are jpg's good?

I've been trying to come up with something, but like I've said before, when I try making an original idea,
it never comes out like what I'm thinking of ??!!

jpg's are ok, as long as it's not a regular photo type jpg, but a design in a jpg format. Also full size is best so it doesn't become grainy. The design we did last year was taken from a photo of a ride in Eureka Springs and I had to convert it to grayscale since actual photos don't transfer well

I hope to have the design available to piper so he can post the order form by first of June so we have until the end of May.
I was asked and I'll post here too, this is only for the back of the shirt. the front design is set with the VROC World Reunion logo.
Thanks guys for considering designing something. I usually give one to the Kawasaki/ROK representative too so they will also be wearing your design as well a several VROC members across the country

Here's my first crack at it...I kind of borrowed the idea from those shirts that say: "If you can read this, then the B!#ch fell off" I like the concept, but thought the B!#ch part sounded to gender specific.

There should still be enough room to include the names with a smaller font on the lower 1/3 of the shirt.

Catchy, but I was looking for more of a graphic rather than a saying

Btw for those that did catch the video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4mU8ZqMZPU

Piper has the shirt order form up now
http://www.geocities.com/piper_steve/VROCShirts.html

That's one of the reasons I want to go graphic rather than a saying

I would recommend a .png or a .bmp format or something like that. I've designed a few logo's for Piper and he has stated to me that having a .jpg or .gif makes it hard for resizing it. Sometimes a .jpg just doesn't have the quality that he needs.

Last shirt graphic I designed for Boscobel-9, I sent him the .png files and also the Adobe .psd files and he was able to make a very nice product from it.

Piper is very easy to work with and puts out a top notch product. I recommend him to anyone looking at getting custom shirts made.
