Well She's gone.

We had a nice run together.. I sold my VN the other day.. I was looking for a Sportster for about a year now and ended up buying a Buell. The price was right and if I turn her into a sportster she's already around stage 3 with 103HP on the dyno.. The bike itself is kinda cool, it's limited #49 of 800 (I call her Funk #49 like the James gang song lol)

I agree! Last year was a little messed up for me.. Every time I turned around I had an issue with the VN.. I got it all sorted before I sold it, My brother said it never ran as good when it was new..lol

I'm almost done with the Buell. Did a front tire today but something doesn't feel right.. gotta pull the wheel again and see what's up. once that's done I'll get with you and Wolfe maybe we can head upstate or something..

I believe I would check the steering head bearings if you don't find anything wrong on the front tire.

You are not thinking of changing that limited edition Buell into a Sportster clone, are you? I don't believe I would since HD and Buell are no longer in business together. That bike could have considerable collector value in a few short years. But it's yours, not mine . Looks like a fun little machine though.

If you see it on my bike I did it

Sounds like a plan, I'm around 23 a lot.. I might take a short ride tomorrow if it's nice. Just changed the front tire and I thought I was going to get killed it handled so bad.. Played with the shock and forks today and I think she's all better.
