neither, Yamaha and Kawasaki both "knocked off" Suzuki!........not really, just kidding. lol



the Yamaha "Virago" came first. so, I guess, Kawi "knock off" Yami. lol

There are a ton of bikes out there that look our VN750's. I think it was just the style at the time...

Almost owned a virago, but my buddy sold it for way more then it was worth at the time. Glad he did. I got the vulcan for $500 and redid a lot of it myself. Nothing beats working on it yourself. Now I'm not so scared to work in her.

^ Yeah, I'm not totally sure why that's an "abomination." It looks "cooler" than our bikes and the engine looks like she's got a few more cc's to play with...

I've ridden one of those, and in my opinion they are not as nice as the Vulcan 750. Suspension is too soft, and even though it has 50 more cc's my fiancee's old 93' Vulcan 500 could keep up with it with no problem.

start at the beginning they all knocked off HD. Some did better than others, but I gotta admit ,Those intruders were some of the ugliest bikes I have ever seen.
