mirror mount handle bar question

I searched the forum for this but nothing came up. I need the mirror mount for the brake cylinder and don't want to pay nearly 30 bucks from the dealer. Are most of these a standard size? I've found mount brackets and mirrors on Amazon I like.
Wanted to post links to products on amazon here but alas not 'allowed' to...

Does anyone foresee any issues with this? Thx.

Our bars are 7/8", others are 1", so unless you want to rig 1" to fit, be sure they are for 7/8".. I see a lot of mounts/mirrors on ebay too, I've bought two sets there. I broke one of the first set.

You can use a 1" fixture on 7/8 bars....just take a 1/2-3/4 in long piece of garden hose...slice it, and slip it under the item.....

The difference between 7/8 and 1" diameter, is only like a 1/16 all the way around....its minimal......

The mounts for my batwing are for 1".....I made it up as stated,,,,Ive had it up to 105 with the batwing, no issues.....
