The 85 Vulcan lives again!!

Spent all winter resurrecting my dad's old 85 Vulcan. I remember riding on it as a boy. It Sat in a shed for 24 years, has 5800 miles on it. This was my first project ever. Never done any work like this. Rebuilt the engine, forks, carbs, rejetted, shocks, tires, brakes, battery, exhaust, rotors, blinkers, taillight, ignition, and probably countless other stuff that I'm forgetting.. But it was all worth it! Got her tagged and insured, she rides great! Now just need to polish her up! Dad's old bike lives again! Thanks to everyone on the forum for all of your help on this winter project! This forum is great!

Wow. Great job man. Was the bike sentimental or did you just really wanna work on it for a project? Either way you did a great job.
