Need help after lowering

I had a pair of lowering brackets made and I installed them on the bike. The new height is perfect since I am only 5’6”. As I was making some turns today I notice a scraping noise. My first thought was it was the Dynas I put on, but then realized it was the center stand hitting the ground in the turns. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what did you do about it. I figure my choices are 1. Don’t lean so much in the turns (this makes for very wide turns), 2. Remove the center stand (this will cause a bit of inconvenience during those times when I need to center stand the bike), 3. Raise the bike back up to stock (which I would rather not do).

It will be harder to get on the center stand with a lowered bike, removing it may be a option.
Do you still have the goat belly?
if so you may be able to cut off the stopper to raise the center stand a bit.

I haven't had this issue on mine.But I have MAC pipes on mine so as Chad stated My centerstand tucks up a bit higher now.So you might want to give Chads idea a try and cut the stop off or remove the goats belly all together.

Still have the goat. I removed the stopper and all is good. I am still able to get it onto the center stand, it takes a little more leverage but it is possible. Thanks for your help

If you need to get onto the center stand you can roll the rear tire on a 2X6.
That will lift the rear a little and may be easer to get on the center stand.

O.K, I now have a 2x6 next to my toolbox. If I don't set it aside I will use it for some other project. Thanks again for the info, one less hernia is always good.
