What are these and where do they go?

These parts came in a box of spares. Most of the parts were carb and/or air box related, but we can't quite figure out what these two are for. Heck, it's possible they're not even for this bike!

Bike is a '92 VN750.

Oh, and I know the middle one is a dollar bill.

I'm guessing the bracket is something to do with the air box or EARS?

What about the spring? Is that something we'll need?

spring looks like maybe a sidestand spring.. but just a guess on my part.

bracket.. hmm, dont know

i have been all thru my bike and never seen that bracket so i think it is to another bike and same with the spring if it isnt the one for the side stand and it look too weak to be that one

The bracket and spring almost look like automotive carb/TB stuff.

Is the bracket the carb mounted choke cable holder? Looks a little big for it though.

Looks like an aftermarket (Edelbrock?) throttle cable/kick down/TV cable bracket to me. Dunno.

so we are all in agreement that those two items have no place on the vn750 unless they are in the saddle bags

hell just tape them to the side of the tank and go for a ride if they fall off and your still running leave em on the road and keep on ridin lol
