Talking Air/shock/setting?

Just wondering here. I've read much about the air and the damping settings here and was wondering what settings most riders here use?

I figure the 10% rule (as I've read) is ok for the air and my 5' 10" 200~220 lb frame but will have to see wheather #1,2,3 or4 offer the best ride.

What air pressure and shock setting do you use for solo riding?

Thanks...

I've never even checked what kind of pressure is in my shocks. As far as the setting, I believe I have it at 1. I'm 5' 8", about 170lbs.

Whatever kind of pressure is/isn't in my shocks, it seems to suit my riding style fine.

i'm ~6', 165lbs. tried "1" but the "2" setting works much better for me - i like slightly stiffer ride. no air added.
