How to pick up bike video

I saw this video on how to pick up a bike from both sides and even if its too heavy for you to do on your own.

It's about 5 min long but worth the look for new riders or if you simply forgot.

Awesome video, and timely to boot! However, I am not encouraged by the fact that "Georgia" is unable to pick up the bike on her own. SHe's a big woman - bigger than the little dude showing us how to do this. Think she tried to lift with her back, not her legs?

I do like the narrator's suggestion for how to attract additional assistance at the roadside!
